Privacy at PropertyIQ

When you order a report, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the property address you want analyzed, and the payment information you submit to Stripe. We do not store your payment card number - Stripe holds that under their PCI-compliant systems.

When you use the site without placing an order, we collect only what your browser sends automatically: the pages you visit, your browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not run fingerprinting scripts. We do not sell this data.

If you use the chat widget or submit the intake form, we collect your name, email, and message. These are stored in our transcript log for follow-up by our analyst team.

If you subscribe to the PropertyIQ Monthly newsletter, we store your email address and the date you subscribed. You may remove yourself at any time from the unsubscribe page.

We use your order information to produce the report you paid for, to send you the finished PDF, and to follow up with a walkthrough invitation. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or to sell to third parties.

We use your email address to deliver your report and to send occasional PropertyIQ Monthly newsletters if you opted in. You can unsubscribe from newsletters without affecting report delivery.

We use aggregate, anonymized usage data to understand which sections of the report and which pages of the site are most useful, so we can improve both.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you click to pay, you are submitting your card information directly to Stripe's secure servers. Stays Optimized LLC receives a confirmation token and a record of the transaction, not your card details.

Stripe's privacy policy governs how Stripe handles your payment information. You can read it at stripe.com/privacy.

We share your order information only with the people and services needed to fulfill it: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and our analyst team who build the report.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not share your information with data brokers.

If we are required by law or court order to disclose your information, we will do so and will notify you promptly unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

We keep your order record and the finished report for seven years, consistent with standard business record-keeping requirements.

We keep your newsletter subscription record until you unsubscribe, at which point we mark the record inactive. We retain inactive records for six months for audit purposes, then delete them.

We keep chat and intake form transcripts for two years. If you would like your transcript deleted sooner, write to support@propertyiq.report.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time by writing to support@propertyiq.report. We will respond within 30 days.

You may request correction of any inaccurate information. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

If you are a resident of California, the CCPA grants you additional rights including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so the opt-out right does not apply. For other CCPA inquiries, write to support@propertyiq.report.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Write to support@propertyiq.report to exercise any of these rights.

We review this policy quarterly. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and update the effective date below.

Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you disagree with a change, write to support@propertyiq.report before the change takes effect and we will work with you.

The PropertyIQ report format, the three-scenario projection framework, and the written analysis contained in each report are the intellectual property of Stays Optimized LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

The underlying property data - AirROI statistics, Airbnb listing information, Zillow and Redfin valuations - remains the property of the respective data providers. PropertyIQ licenses this data to produce analysis; your report license does not extend to that underlying data.
