Before PropertyIQ, every Stays Optimized acquisition started with the same three-day analyst sprint: pull market data, scrape Airbnb comps, model STR vs MTR vs LTR, project five-year cumulative, write the brief. Then a buyer asked "could you do that for my deal too?"
The fifth time it happened, we productized it. PropertyIQ is the same underwriting we run on our own acquisitions, packaged as a $199 report. The methodology is identical. The numbers come from the same pipeline. The only difference is who's looking at the property.
